Your new company
Your next company has spent the last 10+ years establishing itself as a reputable employer with a consistent pipeline of ground-up projects in the municipal, retail, K12, and light industrial space. This GC prides itself on their team-first culture, developmental values, and delivering consistent results for their clients. When visiting their office, the awards of relationships and delivery fill the reception. After a successful last few years, this GC is now looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to boost the current workforce!
Your new role
You will be a main influence within the existing Superintendent workforce, and be able to pick up a set of plans and build a project. You will tasked with leading projects from inception to completion, developing and executing the micro schedule, enforcing safety procedures at all times, and directing subs and vendors in completing daily tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have 5-10 years of lead superintendent experience building ground-up municipal projects such as fire stations, government facilities, and schools. You must also have a safety-first mindset with the ability to effectively lead and direct trades and vendors to deliver on project commitments based on the schedule. Lastly, you must also be an effective communicator to all involved parties.
What you'll get in return
This GC has spent time really looking at ways to attract top talent. They can offer you a career, rather than a job. If you're interested in building Schools, this GC will offer you a plan to make that happen. If you already have this experience, you can be shown a path to help others develop, and pick up some complex projects! Salary - Competitive base pay of 100k-120k with a monthly vehicle allowance, PTO, 401k match, and insurance packages.
